National Committees in AttendanceJudiciary CommitteeThe Judiciary Committee is composed of between five and seven members of the National Convention. They are elected to four-year terms. The current committee members were elected at the last National Convention in 2005. Their terms will end at the close of the 2009 convention. The Judiciary Committee oversees all cases where an individual is found guilty of violating the Woodmen of the World Constitution and Laws. The committee meets prior to each National Convention when any appeal is pending. Members include:
Legislative CommitteeMembers of the Legislative Committee were appointed by President and CEO James Mounce at the 2005 National Convention to serve four-year terms. The committee meets prior to the National Convention to consider all proposals for amending the Woodmen of the World Constitution and Laws that were submitted by Jurisdictional Conventions or by officers of this year's National Convention. Legislative Committee members are:
National Fraternal CommitteeMembers of the National Fraternal Committee are appointed to revolving two-year terms with half the committee exiting each year. Committee members attend the National Convention as guests of the Convention and have no vote.
